Wednesday Night Live

Wednesday Night Live returns in 2021

The Chamber’s Wednesday concerts are a tradition, and an evening that our community looks forward to every summer. In 2020 events had to look a bit different, but as a result, Wednesday Night Live was born. Since it was so much fun, we are bringing it back for Summer 2021.

The Chamber has partnered with the Town of Basalt and our summer concert series production partner The Arts Campus At Willits (TACAW) to bring you Wednesday Night Live – a series of free street performances, celebrating all that makes Basalt and the mid-valley special. The street performers will range from musicians to magicians, jugglers and comedians — distributed throughout Basalt’s two main business districts (Historic Downtown and Willits) from 5-8 p.m.

In addition to the entertainment, retail stores, restaurants and bars are also involved, with special hours, sales and promotions. On Wednesday nights in the summer Basalt is the place to be!

“People can enjoy the entertainment while they’re out shopping and dining,” said Ryan Honey, TACAW’s executive director. Read an article about the series in 2020 from the Aspen Daily News.
